用户协议
在使用本应用之前，请您认真阅读并理解本用户协议（以下简称“协议”）。您通过安装、使用
本应用，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受协议中的所有条款和条件。
1.服务内容
1.1 本应用提供自行车骑行记录的功能，包括但不限于骑行距离、骑行时间、速度等信息记录，
并可以将这些数据进行统计和分享等功能。
2.使用规则
2.1 您在使用本应用时，应遵守国家相关法律法规、规章制度以及本协议的约定。
2.2 您通过本应用所记录的骑行数据仅供个人参考和分享，不得用于商业用途或侵犯他人合法
权益的行为。
2.3 您应妥善保管您的个人登录信息，不得将其提供给他人使用，否则由此引起的一切法律责
任和纠纷均由您自行承担。
2.4 您不得使用本应用进行任何违法、违规、违背社会公序良俗的行为，否则本应用有权立即
停止您的使用权，并保留追究您法律责任的权利。
3.用户隐私
3.1 本应用对用户的个人信息保密，不会向任何第三方透露用户的个人信息，除非得到用户的
授权或法律法规另有规定。
3.2 为了提供更好的服务和改善用户体验，本应用可能会收集用户的一些非个人的操作数据，
但不会涉及到用户的个人隐私信息。
3.3 请用户在使用本应用时，妥善保管好自己的个人信息，不要将个人信息泄露给他人。
4.免责声明
4.1 本应用致力于提供准确、及时、完整的数据信息，但不保证数据信息的准确性和完整性。
4.2 本应用不对用户使用本应用而造成的任何直接或间接的损失承担责任。
4.3 由于您使用本应用导致的任何数据丢失、损坏、泄露等问题，本应用均不承担责任。 4.4 您
在使用本应用期间，如与其他用户产生纠纷或与第三方进行交易等造成损失的，应由您自行承
担责任。
5.知识产权
5.1 本应用所包含的文字、图片、图标、音频、视频等知识产权归本应用所有，受法律保护。
5.2 未经本应用的书面授权，任何单位或个人不得对本应用的任何部分进行复制、修改、发行、
传播、翻译、出售等非法行为，否则将依法追究法律责任。
6.协议的解除和修改
6.1 您可以随时停止使用本应用，并可以删除本应用。
6.2 本应用有权不经事先通知，随时对本协议进行修改，修改后的协议一经公布即时生效。如
果您不同意相关修改内容，可以选择停止使用本应用。请您在使用本应用之前认真阅读本用户
协议，如果您对协议中的任何条款有异议，请停止使用本应用。如果您继续使用本应用，将视
为您已充分理解、同意并接受协议中的所有条款和条件。
User Agreement
Before using the App, please read and understand the following User Agreement (referred
to as "the Agreement"). By installing and using the App, you indicate that you have
read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions of the Agreement.
1.Service Content
1.1The App provides features for recording and tracking bicycle rides, including
distance, duration, speed, and other related data. It also offers functionalities such
as data analytics and sharing.
2.Rules of Use
2.1Users must comply with relevant national laws, regulations, and this Agreement when
using the App.
2.2The bike ride data recorded through the App is for personal reference and sharing
purposes only. It should not be used for commercial purposes or violate the legitimate
rights and interests of others.
2.3Users are responsible for safeguarding their personal login information. Sharing
login information with others is strictly prohibited. Any legal liability or disputes
arising from such actions will be borne solely by the user.
2.4Users must not engage in any illegal, unauthorized, or socially unacceptable
activities while using the App. The App reserves the right to terminate user access
and take legal action as appropriate.
3.User Privacy
3.1The App respects user privacy and will not disclose personal information to any third
party unless authorized by the user or required by law.
3.2The App may collect non-personal operational data from users to improve services
and enhance user experience. User privacy will not be compromised during this process.
3.3Users are responsible for protecting their personal information and should not
disclose it to others while using the App.
4.Disclaimer
4.1The App strives to provide accurate, timely, and complete data information but does
not guarantee its accuracy and completeness.
4.2The App shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred
by users through the use of the App.
4.3The App assumes no liability for any data loss, damage, or disclosure caused by user
activities. 4.4Users assume sole responsibility for any losses arising from disputes
with other users or transactions with third parties while using the App.
5.Intellectual Property Rights
5.1All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to text, images, icons,
audio, and video contained in the App, belong to the App and are protected by law.
5.2Any unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, transmission, translation,
sale, or other illegal activities regarding any part of the App are strictly prohibited
without prior written consent from the App. Violators may face legal consequences.
6.Termination and Modification of the Agreement
6.1Users may terminate their use of the App at any time and uninstall the App.
6.2The App reserves the right to modify the Agreement without prior notice. The modified
Agreement will take immediate effect upon publication. If users do not agree to the
modified Agreement, they may choose to discontinue their use of the App. Please
carefully read the Agreement before using the App. If you have any objections to any
terms of the Agreement, please stop using the App. By continuing to use the App, you
acknowledge that you have fully understood, agreed to, and accepted all terms and
conditions outlined in the Agreement.
